The province matters
BC First Nations pharmacy claims use the FNHA / Pacific Blue Cross pharmacy schedule. Other provinces and territories use NIHB regional MS&E price files through Express Scripts Canada.
Current files, not a mixed national list
The national sync keeps the newest regional file set for each province/territory and specialty and will not substitute another region when a current file is unavailable.
